The HIPAA-compliant technology used is the Spruce telehealth app, DocuSign, Charm Health software, and Fullscript or Thorne for vitamin and supplement recommendations. Once you have registered on your smartphone with the Spruce app, you can also log into the desktop browser. We can text, call, video, or fax from the Spruce app, but moving files and video works best on a browser. Please reach out if you have questions about the various online platforms.
